When planning your stay, please be advised that our Check-In on your day of arrival is from 2:00 pm
CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
Check-Out on the day of your departure is 10:00 am. If you are late checking out you will incur extra charges.
NO PARTY POLICY
Geelong Holiday Rentals has a strict "No Party Policy", please remain aware of other guests, tenants and private residents living around you and the effect of excessive noise and disruption.
If the police are called and a complaint is made you will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.
HOUSEKEEPING
All accommodation is fully self-contained and includes all linen and bath towels. They come equipped with a starter pack of amenities and detergents. Once these supplies are depleted it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish. A complimentary service including linen change is given once during any stays of 7 or more nights.
SMOKING
All accommodation is STRICTLY NON SMOKING.
If there is evidence of smoking in the apartment you will be charged a minimum $200 cleaning fee. If your apartment has an outdoor balcony smoking is also prohibited in this area.
KEYS:
*IMPORTANT* If you lose your set of keys and/or FOB, you will be charged $300 for us to order replacements.
KEY COLLECTION:
Please refer to your email from Geelong Holiday Rentals for key collection which is not located at your apartment address.
